I grew up in Los Angeles and have lived here all of my life. My photography is focused on urban and wilderness landscapes, but I like capturing people in their daily lives too. I've spent the better part of my adult life as a community organizer working on housing and economic justice projects. I definitely enjoy creating art, but I don't really consider myself an artist. Since I was a kid I've been hooked on writing/recording music, taking pictures, drawing, and exploring our backcountry.
On the weekends I like to go far into the mountains. I quit my job and hiked 1,000 miles of the PCT in 2017. I got some cool pictures, and even more terrible ones. That experience deeply changed me and has kept me on the road ever since.
I created this site to keep all my stuff in one place, and to share my adventures with anyone looking for a reason to get out of the house.
